Keto Mexi-Ranch Dressing

This Keto Ranch Dressing will satisfy any Mexican salad craving! Fatty, creamy mayo is combined with fresh sour cream, El Pato hot sauce, chili powder, chipotle pepper powder, dill, and garlic powder. This ultra-creamy ranch dressing has a slight hint of spice that you will love. Pair this with a romaine lettuce salad topped with fresh bell peppers, black olives, shredded Mexican cheese, and grilled chicken seasoned with ground cumin and dark chili powder.

What kind of mayo should I use for this?

Use any Paleo approved mayonnaise for this dressing as it will be free of vegetable oil and use real food ingredients only.

Do I have to add chipotle powder?

No, if you cannot find chipotle powder or do not want to add it, you can omit it or substitute it with dark chili powder, which is not as spicy. If you do like heat but do not have the chipotle powder, you can use a pinch of cayenne powder.

How do I store finished dressing?

You can store the finished dressing in a mason jar fitted with a lid or an airtight glass container for up to two weeks.
