Keto Honey Mustard Bacon Wrapped Chicken

6 ratings

Juicy, sweet, tangy, and crispy - chicken breasts wrapped in salty bacon and then slathered with keto-friendly honey mustard almost tastes like you’re cheating your diet! This is a great recipe if you’re looking to feed non-keto and keto eaters alike in the same meal. Pair with a mixed vegetable medley, and dinner is ready!

Has anyone tried this in an air fryer?

This was delicious! My husband had 3 servings, and he's a very picky eater. Will definitely make this again!

Small number of ingredients, easy and quick to prepare. Taste great! Only down side is the long baking time. Made the best out of the wait by taking the dogs out for a walk. Used “Dressing, Honey Mustard By Marie's” (upc 071840061346) with only 2 net carbs per serving (2 tsp). Thanks for the recipe.

There is no recipe. You need to purchase honey mustard dressing or bottled honey mustard for this recipe. Simply check the nutrition labels on your packaging to make sure the servings are low carb.

I don’t know what honey mustard the recipe writer is using. However I broke up the ingredients to get the mustards information alone, Per serving, Calories 38.4 Total carbs 2.7g Net carbs 2.7g Fat 3.2g Protein 0g If you look up “Honey Mustard Dressing” it’s the first one that comes up. I know this doesn’t exactly answer your question, but I was bored :).
