Keto Snickerdoodle Cookies
Snickerdoodle cookies are one of my favorites around the holidays! The sour cream dough is rolled in a generous coating of cinnamon-sugar and then baked until they are lightly crispy on the outside and so soft and tender on the inside.

Would it be okay to add a little cream of tarter? I love that taste in snickerdoodles.

Do you use brown sugar
YodieP 9 months ago
I'll bet you could use brown-sugar-style Swerve for the cinnamon mixture. That would probably taste awesome!

The recipe calls for granular swerve!

I add 1 tsp of baking powder and flatten it. It looks just like cookies. I use monk fruit sugar and lower it to 1/3 cup still feel sweet to me. Overall perfect texture, love it. Thank you for sharing

My favorite dessert so far , easy recipe and tasty results

Next time I will flatten before baking. There is no baking soda, so they don’t rise. The taste is good though! Just a little sweet treat with a cup of black coffee!

Do I need to refrigerate these cookies after they cool? I at one while it was still warm and it was yummy!
recipewriter 6 years ago
I would keep them at room temp in an airtight container!

Can you use coconut flour and if so how much?
Anonymous 6 years ago
I the person forgot an ingredient for the recipe. Mine did that too so i used a spoon to flatten them. They need baking soda!

These do not really classify as cookies. They are more like baked munchkin donuts.

Were they good, though?

I'm sorry to hear they did not deliver for you.
