Arrange the lettuce leaves and top each leaf with three jumbo shrimp.Step 2
Add the mayonnaise, lemon juice, tomato puree, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, cayenne pepper, thyme, salt and pepper to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine.Step 3
Top each of the shrimp filled leaves with 2-3 heaped teaspoons of the mayonnaise.Step 4
