These meals work great to meal prep as they can be eaten cold from the fridge. They also work great as a savory breakfast, a quick lunch or an easy dinner. There are so many tasty parts to this plate, I think you will be quite satisfied and pleased! I used goat’s milk brie and radicchio. The radicchio has a nice bitterness which pairs very well with the creamy goat’s milk brie and tart pickles.

    Add sliced radicchio to a plate and drizzle on the olive oil. Add a sprinkle of salt.Add ham to the plate alongside the radicchio.

            I rolled the ingredients up in the ham slices and ate it like a sandwich. I substituted spring mix for arugula & Radicchio & added the extra spinach.

              Very good but I didn't have radicchio so shredded a bit of Savoy cabbage - quite satisfying :-D
