Am i reading this wrong, 74 g of carbs from the “sugars”? I could just have a Snickers bar for half that.

Delicious. It really satisfied my sweet tooth. I paired this wih the scrambled egg recipe. Next time though, I'll use less sugar. Regular cinnamon rolls are just as sweet but I'll tone it down nonetheless. The total carbs are wrong though. I put this recipe in the wholesome yum app, which I also use to keep things from getting boring and the total carbs was about 7. This is keeper, my boyfriend who isn't doing keto said that it was pretty good as well.

Quick and delicious! I added an extra egg, 1 T flax meal to the mug and 2 T cream cheese to the frosting/topping, so good!

Reduced the confectioners' Swerve in the batter to 2.5 T. Added a couple of drops of cinnamon oil to the cinnamon mix (Not obligatory but nice for cinna-holics). Made my own keto whipped cream as a substitute for the icing. Decadently delicious!

So good. Adjusted sugar to 2 1/2T. Instead of glaze topped with Reddi Whip zero sugar. Like a yummy bread pudding.

I’m confused why is net carbs so low yet total carbs is so high?

Because you can subtract fiber and sugar alcohols from the total carbs to equal net carbs.

Good Lord!! 22.9 carbs? (Diabetes carbs) Thats 150% more than my daily allotted intake I wouldn’t try this unless I was … nevermind it’d never be worth it. Not keto in my mind

Not diabetic. But don't hope to be. Thus too much effort & the sugar type carbs...not for me.

Just because you can eat that much keto sugar dosnt mean you should... Totally not necessary... Reduce sugar

There were a LOT of sugar alcohols subtracted from the total carbs.

True. Guess for those who want to slowly ease into getting off sugar. Not for me, though.

Nice comfort food, quite filling too. Bit too artificially sweet for me so next time I'll try using less icing sugar.

I think it would be better with some keto whipped cream on top.

Really good, but I made some changes. I only used an egg yolk, only 3.25T swerve confectioners for the batter, and also added about 1/4 oz cream cheese.

I think using cream cheese good idea. Believe helps lower carbs.

Hit the spot. I topped it with walnuts & keto whipped cream instead of the frosting.

Just what I wanted! I added a lot more cinnamon to the batter and increased the cook time by 15 seconds. I think next time I’ll decrease the swerve to 3 Tbs next time. YUM!

Cut back on the Swerve. Very Sweet. See below about adding cream cheese. Excellent! Tastes like French toast

Very good! Will cut back to 2 1/2 Tbsp of Swerve next time. I also had to cook for an additional 30 seconds. Will make this again and add the cream cheese.

This was OK. Honestly very sweet (and I have a sweet tooth) and it didn’t cook all the way through. I’d consider making it again without the topping as it’s truly not necessary.
