  • Step 1

    Preheat oven to 250 F. In a large mixing bowl, combine two tablespoons of sweetener, spices and egg white together. Stir well.

    Mix in nuts until thoroughly coated with cinnamon mixture.

    Place nuts on a baking sheet and spread them apart with a spoon. Bake for 35-40 minutes, stirring every 10 minutes until browned. Let them cool completely. Once cooled, they will crisp up.

    Toss baked nuts with 1 tablespoon of powdered sweetener.
