I followed the comments below and added some sugar free chocolate chips and the whole family loved this. Even my teenagers were snagging slices to enjoy. Will have to make two next time.

I add some sugar free chocolate chips! And extra cocoa like 2 tbsp. I’ve made 4 loaves in 3 weeks! My family loves it for breakfast with peanut butter.

I have only a mini food processor. I imagine I can combine the dry ingredients in a bowl and put small portions at a time through the processor, but what to do to add the eggs? Can I use a handheld mixer? Or an immersion blender? (Minimalist kitchen!) Thanks!

Amazing!!! Even my non-Keto teenagers love eating this chocolate loaf! Add a bit of butter or whipped heavy cream for extra treat but it’s great just like it is.

I used 3/4 c Splenda brown sugar instead of regular swerve and some instant coffee crystals and it was fabulous.

I made this and it is so delicious! I used chia seeds and it turned out fine. I’d use flax seeds next time so I can see if there is a taste difference. Thanks for sharing this delicious, chocolate cake/bread recipe.

I didn't have flax seeds so I used chia seeds. Not sure if that affects the carbs or not, but found the calories are very similar. I baked it in a small cake pan, so I cut the baking time back a little because not as thick.

Really like. Great with a little bit of butter smeared on top or cream cheese for added fat.

I used a standard none stick bread loaf pan 12L x 5W x 3H, but this recipe is so good that you can make it to a cake, wafles, cupcakes or pancakes. Very versatile batter. Also freeses amazing.

I used the butter instead of oil as well. I also added stevia vanilla drops. The loaf is dense but not. dry. Tomorrow I will add whip cream and raspberries.

Loved this recipe! This was my first attempt at the recipes here and was a bit apprehensive about how it would turn out. It turned out amazing! Makes my keto diet fun! I was afraid to add 240g of swerve sugar, so added only 90g of it. The batter felt a bit too sweet, but the final cake was just enough sweet. Adding 90g more would have been good too, but I feel that 240g would make it too sweet.

The flax seed gives it a spongy feel, more bread like. I got a bag from Walmart for $5. It’s pure fiber which is something we lack on keto. It’s worth using.
