Best Keto Popcorn

Our Keto popcorn recipe is the best Keto popcorn for any low carb and Keto diet! Our popcorn is the best because our Keto popcorn is made from pork rinds which are high in fat and protein. Instead of spiking your insulin levels, our Keto popcorn will keep you steady and stable after snacking! Pork rinds are crumbled into small “popcorn” sized pieces and then drizzled with delicious grass-fed butter and powdered salt.

What is powdered salt?

Powered salt is a salt that has been crushed so fine it is a powder. If you can’t find powdered salt, you can find it online through popular Keto-friendly salt brands. You can also make powdered salt yourself by placing sea salt into a mortar and pestle and grinding it.

Is this recipe Paleo?

No, with the addition of butter, this recipe is not Paleo. However, it is easy to convert this to a Paleo-friendly recipe by swapping the grass-fed butter for grass-fed ghee or coconut oil.

What kind of pork rinds should I use?

If possible, try to source pork rinds that are sustainably raised without the use of antibiotics.
