  • Step 1

    Heat the oil in a skillet over a medium heat. Mince the garlic and pan fry gently until tender and fragrant. Add the ground pork and dried spices to the pan and stir well to combine. Cook the pork through completely until well browned all over and no longer pink.

    Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit.

    Add the spinach to the pork and stir through until just wilted.

    Divide the mixture evenly between the peppers, generously filling the center of each.
