    Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.

    Roughly chop the tomato and basil leaves and add to a mixing bowl along with the ricotta. Stir well to combine.

    Roughly shred the chicken and add to the bowl. Add the olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Mix well to combine.
