Raw Egg
3 medium
Bacon
2 slice - 6" long
Goat Cheese, Soft
2 tablespoon
Butter
½ tablespoon
Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto
½ tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit and line a shallow oven tray with baking paper.Step 2
Slice the bacon into 1.5 inch strips and arrange across the lined baking tray. Brush the syrup over the bacon pieces. Transfer to the oven for 10-12 minutes until crisp and caramelized.Step 3
Whilst the bacon is cooking, add the eggs to a bowl, season to taste and beat together.Step 4
Melt the butter in a saucepan over a low/medium heat and add the beaten egg. Allow to settle for a moment then scramble with a spoon.Step 5
Once the egg is cooked, crumble in the goats cheese and bacon and stir through to serve.

I didn’t mind this , I would make it again but maybe add some paprika
