Low Carb Lemon Cajun Sausage Skillet

This dish is addictive because it is so flavorful! Andouille sausage is sliced and browned well in a cast iron skillet, then joined with zucchini and fresh green beans. The pan is deglazed with freshly squeezed lemon juice and everything is seasoned with cajun seasoning.
