Keto Christmas Salmon and Avocado Breakfast Boats

These deliciously decadent avocado boats make an easy Keto Christmas breakfast option. Our Keto avocado boats are filled with buttery scrambled eggs infused with aromatic chives and combined with the richness of smoked salmon. This easy Keto Christmas breakfast recipe is simple to prepare and will keep you satiated until the main event!

Can I Make This Dairy-Free?

We have used butter to cook our Keto scrambled eggs, adding extra fats and creaminess. If you are following a dairy-free diet, this is easy to substitute. You can switch the butter for coconut oil or olive oil as desired. It will still be just as delicious and packed with those all-important Keto fats.

What Can I Use Instead of Salmon?

We have used smoked salmon in our Christmas Keto recipe to add a touch of luxury to this special breakfast. If you would like an alternative, you could stir through some cooked diced pancetta or some flaked smoked mackerel. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe.

This dish is delicious. Only change I will make is to eliminate the added salt. The smoked salmon is salty enough for my taste.
