Keto Yogurt Baked Chicken Wings

These deliciously fragrant Keto chicken wings are dusted in aromatic spices then marinated in a lemon yogurt sauce before being oven baked. Our easy low carb chicken wings are seasoned with ground cumin, ground coriander, garlic powder, salt and pepper, then smothered in a zesty marinade of plain yogurt, lemon juice, and olive oil. The wings are then marinated for two hours before being oven baked until golden. Perfect served with a Keto slaw or a portion of cauliflower rice.

What Kind of Yogurt Can I Use?

We have used a plain natural yogurt for the base of our Keto chicken wing marinade. You can use any kind of plain, unflavored, and unsweetened full fat yogurt you prefer. Greek yogurt would also make a great marinade option for this recipe. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the original recipe ingredients.

Can I Cook These in An Air Fryer?

We have oven baked our low carb wings until tender and golden. However, if preferred, you could also cook these in the basket of an air fryer or even grill them on a BBQ. These Keto wings will cook in an air fryer at 400 degrees Fahrenheit in about 18-20 minutes, turning halfway through. You will need to cook in two batches so that the wings fit comfortably in the air fryer basket in a single layer. Be sure that the wings are entirely cooked through, adjusting cooking times as needed.

It means that you don't discard the chicken skin. You eat it.
