    Add the ribs to your instant pot and cover with water. Set cooking time to 30 minutes and cook until tender. Alternatively, cook over the stovetop for 1 hour.

    In the meantime, prepare the glaze. Add the allulose and Keto honey to a saucepan over medium-low heat. Cook until the sweetener dissolves and reaches an amber color. Add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, and Worcestershire sauce. Stir to combine thoroughly.

    Stir in the garlic powder, ginger powder, ground coriander, and chili flakes. Take the glaze off the heat and set aside.

    Preheat your oven to 200C/400F, and line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Drain the ribs and place them on the lined baking sheet. Bake in the oven for 10 minutes to dry the ribs slightly.

    Using a brush, spread the glaze on top of the ribs. Bake for 5 minutes, then flip the ribs and glaze the other side. Bake for another 5 minutes.

    Take the ribs out of the oven and transfer them to a serving platter. Garnish with sliced scallions. Pour the remaining glaze into a bowl and serve it alongside the ribs.
