3-ingredient Keto Chocolate Ice cream
If you are searching the internet for easy Keto chocolate recipes, then this 3-ingredient Keto Ice cream is a chocolate-flavored treat that you must try. Every bite melts in your mouth in a split second and is guaranteed to satisfy your chocolate cravings. This recipe doesn't require an ice cream maker and can be prepared in under 30 minutes.
What is the best chocolate to use in this Keto dessert?
To limit the number of carbs and keep this recipe Keto-friendly, we are using cocoa powder. While you can use a sugar-free chocolate bar to make this Keto ice cream, it usually contains more carbs. Using a chocolate bar will also increase the preparation time since you must melt it and fold it in.
What are some variations to this Keto ice cream recipe?
This recipe is so versatile that you can create many flavors out of it. You can add hazelnut extract, coffee, peanut butter for flavored chocolate ice cream. You can also take this sweet treat to another level by adding some sugar-free chocolate chips, crumbling in a bit of Keto brownies, or swirling in sugar-free caramel sauce.
Do you need an ice cream maker to make homemade ice cream?
You can make this Keto ice cream recipe without an ice cream maker, but having one sure does make it easier. Nevertheless, no-churn ice cream can yield a super creamy frozen treat if prepared correctly. After placing the ice cream container in the freezer, whisk the mixture every 20-30 minutes for the first 2-3 hours. This method prevents crystals from forming and yields a smooth ice cream.
How long will this Keto ice cream last?
This chocolate dessert can last in your freezer for up to 3 months. Simply store this low-carb ice cream in an airtight container, and take it out of the freezer 10-20 minutes before eating it to allow it to thaw.

0.67 cup
Recipe Steps
steps 5
4 h 35 min
Step 1
To a saucepan over medium heat, whisk 1 cup of heavy cream and the powdered sweetener until combined. Bring to a simmer, then drop the heat to low. Let the mixture simmer for 20 -25 until reduced by half, set aside to cool. Now you have Keto condensed milk.Step 2
To a bowl, add 1 cup of heavy cream. Beat using a hand mixer until the mixture reaches stiff peaks. Add the cocoa powder and beat more until combined, then set the bowl aside.Step 3
Pour the Keto condensed milk into the bowl with the chocolate whipped cream. Gently fold until incorporated and no lumps remain. Don't whisk or mix vigorously to retain the air in the whipped cream.Step 4
Pour the ice cream mixture into a glass container. Secure with a lid and place in the freezer. For the first 2 hours, take the ice cream out of the freezer every 20-30 minutes, and whisk.Step 5
The ice cream will take around 4 hours in total to set. Take it out of the freezer, scoop, and serve immediately. If it is too hard, let it thaw on the counter for 10 minutes before serving.

Tried this today. Wife loves chocolate. Really good. Sets up really hard on the final freeze, but let it set out couple minutes and it is good to go. Hardest part is stopping at one scoop. Will be trying the vanilla next. Also did the strawberry. Both were great!!!!

The ingredients is missing the keto condenced milk.

I think the keto condensed milk is created by the 1 cup of heavy cream and the powdered sweetener that is cooked slowly and creates the condensed milk that the recipe refers to

The keto condenced is the heavy cream and sweetener you made in step 1

Looks like you make the condensed milk in the first step. Recipe calls for a total of 2 c of cream. The first cup is sweetened and REDUCED by half by simmering 20 minutes, giving you condensed milk. The second cup of cream is whipped in the next step. At least that's how I read the recipe. Sounds like a great one!

The mixture of heavy cream and sweetener is the condensed milk. Mighty tasty, thought I might have to just drink it!😁

There seems to be a missing ingredient not included in the list. I would be happy to try the recipe if I know what to include in the mixture. I would love to rate the complete recipe.

Aaah, that's the only reason I didn't try this recipe even though it looked delicious! I didn't realise cream+alloluse=Keto condensed milk (though it makes total sense). Might be a good idea to edit the recipe and call it "cream & allulose mixture" so people don't skip this yummy recipe for lack of "Keto condensed milk" :) Will try it tonight and rate!

Mary I reread the recipe again and I'm assuming you mean the condensed milk. That would be the one cup of cream and the allulose cooked together on the stove
