Keto Pescatarian Thanksgiving Salmon

This quick and easy Keto fish recipe makes a great pescatarian Thanksgiving or Christmas main. Our Keto Thanksgiving recipe is prepared with a large side of salmon, brushed with a festive glaze of orange, garlic, mustard, flavored maple syrup, and olive oil. The glazed salmon is then topped with a crunchy topping of nuts, dried cranberries, and aromatic fresh thyme, and baked until golden. This is a great low carb option for those following a pescatarian diet and makes a great centerpiece served with your favorite Thanksgiving Keto sides.

Can I Use a Different Fillet of Fish?

We have used a whole side of salmon to create this Thanksgiving Keto recipe. Salmon is a great option for those following a Keto diet as it is naturally rich in healthy fats and omega 3 fatty acids. You could use an alternative fish fillet if preferred or even use smaller individual portion-sized salmon fillets. We highly recommend salmon though for its fat content and festive decadence! Please be sure to adjust your macros and cooking times accordingly if you choose to use different fillets of fish.
