Ingredients
- Goat Cheese, Soft - 2 tablespoon 
- Maple Flavored Syrup by Lakanto - 1 teaspoon 
- Avocado - 1 each 
- Walnuts - ¾ tablespoon, halves 
- Pecans - ¾ tablespoon, halves 
- Rosemary, Fresh - ½ teaspoon 
- Salt, Sea Salt - ⅛ teaspoon 
- Black Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon

- Step 1 Add the pecans and walnuts to a dry skillet over a low heat. Toast gently for 2-3 minutes until fragrant.
- Step 2 Slice the avocado in half and remove the stone. Divide the goats cheese between the avocado halves and season with a little salt and pepper.
- Step 3 Arrange the toasted nuts on top of the goats cheese.
- Step 4 Finely chop the rosemary and scatter over the avocado boats. Drizzle with the lakanto syrup to serve.
