  • Step 1

    Add the cream cheese, blueberries, syrup and vanilla to a food processor. Blend together until smooth.

    Fold the blueberry mixture into the whipped cream until well combined.

    Divide the mixture evenly between four ice lolly moulds.

    Insert the lolly sticks and freeze for 3-4 hours or until set.
