Keto Shepherd's Pie

706 ratings

No matter the weather, a classic shepherd's pie can bring comfort to anyone eating it. By preparing a recipe of cauliflower mash in advance, you can make a big shepherd's pie that will satisfy a whole family! You don’t have to be on a diet to enjoy this meal, either. A savory meat and veggie filling is topped off with creamy mashed cauliflower and melty cheese.

Had this tonight and my husband agreed, it’s a keeper! What a delicious meal. Only thing I did differently was use mushrooms instead of carrots.

This recipe was good after a few adjustments. I choose not to add carrots, but added the following...half of a red, yellow & green bell pepper, garlic cloves, onions, celery salt, and garlic powder. Placed cauliflower mash on top and sprinkled with cheese. Delicious!

Peas are kind of carby. 8.1 net carbs per half cup. I guess it depends on how many carbs you do per day. I’ve been doing 20.
