Step 1
Wash the celery and spinach and roughly chop them. Peel the cucumber and ginger, and roughly chop them as well. Slice the avocado, deseed it, and scoop out the required amount.Step 2
Add the chopped spinach, celery, cucumber, ginger, and avocado to your blender’s pitcher. Zest the lemon and add 1 tsp into the blender. Add the coconut oil, turmeric powder, stevia, and coconut milk.Step 3

I had to add the juice of 1 lemon and some more turmeric and ginger to give this smoothies any real taste. It had no kick to it. I also think it may need to be served cold with ice included in the blender. I’ll try that next time. I also added some water but ice in the blender might remedy that. I was disappointed in the result as I like all of the ingredients separately. Did not include any sweetener.

Really enjoyed this recipe, but did have to add more water.

Taste good but not enough liquid to blend. Had to add water. Seems like 60 g of spinach is a bit much.

I tried this for my evening snack, my first green smoothie....I either put to much ginger in it, or ginger is very strong. But all in all it was pretty good for my first one. I'll just adjust the ginger next time!!
