    Combine the coconut oil and unsweetened chocolate in a microwave safe mug and microwave on HIGH until melted.

    Add in the rest of the ingredients except the coconut cream. Microwave on HIGH for 1 minute 20 seconds or until cooked through.

    This was a mouthful of sadness. I followed the recipe exactly except I left out the coconut topping. The cake was oily, as in a spoonful dripped with oil. It wasn't a firm cake like texture at all. It was a dense, grainy, greasy brownie-ish blob.
