Keto Thanksgiving Gravy

With less than 1g of net carbs per serving, this Keto gravy must be on your holiday menu. It is rich, creamy, savory, and packed with flavor. It is prepared in under 15 minutes using a handful of ingredients. This gravy pairs well with all Thanksgiving dishes, from sides to mains.

Is gravy Keto?

Traditional gravy isn't Keto-friendly because it contains flour. However, this version is Keto because xanthan gum is used in place of flour. One serving of this delicious sauce has less than 1g of net carbs and 6g of fat.

What should you pour this gravy on?

This gravy is quick and easy to prepare and can be paired with any hot food. Pour it over a juicy thanksgiving turkey, Keto fried chicken, or some fresh Keto biscuits. This gravy is phenomenal and is an absolute MUST for your Keto Thanksgiving menu.

How to customize this Keto thanksgiving gravy?

This gravy is one of the best Keto Thanksgiving recipes because it can be adapted to your preference. Swap the turkey broth for chicken, beef, or veggie broth. For a dairy-free option, you can use vegan butter instead of butter. You can use garlic powder rather than fresh, or omit it altogether.

Can you omit the xanthan gum?

Xanthan gum is what makes this gravy smooth and thick. Leaving it out will yield a soup rather than gravy. You can swap it for 2 tbsp of arrowroot powder, but you'll have to update the macros for the recipe.

Can I use the drippings in the bottom of turkey pan in stead of butter. Add water and xanthan gum paste and then water or chicken stock for desired thickness. It is so good.
