Keto Avocado Turkey Rollups

6 ratings

Your snack time could not be more easy than this recipe. A turkey and avocado combo is refreshing and keeps your protein to fat ratio intact for your day. Of course, you could always switch your turkey out for another favorite deli meat, but white meat turkey slices are lean and healthy. Feel free to dip your rollups into a little Sriracha or dijon mustard for a tangy twist too!

I wrapped these in the mission street taco tortillas with some picante sour cream. Drool worthy for 4 more carbs. 10/10.

Added cream cheese like stinap05 recommended. I enjoyed my non omelet breakfast today! Definitely will be on my weekly breakfast rotation.

Does this refrigerate and store well?

You may want to only refrigerate this recipe in an airtight container for no longer than 24 hours. Otherwise, your avocado will start turning brown.
