Keto Paprika and Garlic Roasted Radishes

21 ratings

These smokey roasted radishes are baked in a paprika and garlic oil until golden and tender.

These make for a great alternative to roasted potatoes and are perfect served with roasted chicken, avocado and a spoonful of sour cream!

If you don’t want them to taste like radishes, boil them first till a toothpick goes through fairly easily. They won’t look as pretty, but they broil quicker and taste more like a red potato (very UNLIKE a radish. Use seasonings you’d typically use on potatoes.

Not a fan of radishes and made this thinking it might not be so "radishy" lol. Even my husband who likes to eat raw raw radishes didn't like them.

We absolutely LOVED them!! Although we used our normal seasonings we put on roasted potatoes. No garlic or rosemary. We also let them roast for about 35-40 min and diced up fresh mushrooms in the same mixture along with the radishes. Omg!!

Delicious! Needs to be roasted longer and is best eaten straight out of the oven. (I didn't like it cold.)

I didn’t enjoy this nor did my family. I for one love Paprika. But the radish flavor and the Rosemary seemed unpleasant. I don’t eat my radishes cooked normally and enjoy them fresh and crisp. So maybe that was it. This was a miss for us.

I loved these. I paired them with Keto Garlic Rosemary Pork Chops, I started them roasting at 400 in the oven and while they roasted I cooked the chops. This included a yummy sauce I added 1/2 cup of water to the vinegar and I had to do it in 3 batches due to my pan size so it took about 30 minutes. When I finished the chops I turned the oven to 350 and added the chops and poured the sauce over everything and cooked an additional 30 minutes. It got Hubs and Bro-tater approval. They even want to go keto with me.

5 Stars! This will find its way on my plate often. I think next time I will mash them and make a southern-style "potato salad" with mayo and mustard. The only thing missing is the corn on the cob.

not sure what I did wrong but after 20 minutes, they were still hard. I may try this again but leave them in for a much longer time.

They aren’t soft like potatoes. They should brown up and be a bit chewy.
