Keto Green Tahini Chopped Salad

This is by far my favorite salad dressing! Tahini is made from sesames and pairs so well with all of the herbs in this salad dressing. While this dressing is good on everything (really, everything), it’s delicious when paired with crisp vegetables like radishes and cucumbers. The avocado in this salad adds an extra bit of creaminess. Try this salad ASAP - you won’t regret it!

Absolutely delicious. i didn't have any dill so put in some coriander and Vietnamese mint with parsley and basil. The dressing came out a bit thick so I diluted it with more water. Really yummy.

Very earthy tasting. I probably could have added more salt. That being said I made my own homemade tahini for the first time and perhaps it’s not as good as store-bought? Not sure I would eat this again.

I really liked this recipe, but found the portions tiny. The meal (1 serving) is really just 1/4 of a cucumber and some dressing. I added a bunch of spinach to make it a more filling meal. I'd definitely make this, again, though.
