  • Lime Juice Raw

  • Step 1

    Clean the mushrooms and discard or any large stems. Preheat the grill to high. Brush the mushrooms all over with 1 tablespoon of olive oil and season with a little salt. Arrange top side down under the grill for 7-10 minutes until cooked through and tender.

    Whilst the mushrooms are cooking, heat a tablespoon of olive oil in a frying pan over a medium heat. Add the eggs and fry until the yolk is cooked to taste.

    Whilst the eggs are frying, peel and diced the avocado and add to a mixing bowl with the lime juice, ½ tablespoon of olive oil, the chilli flakes and a pinch of salt. Mash together roughly to combine and form a chunky paste.

    To assemble the mushroom stacks, divide the guacamole evenly between the two mushrooms.

    Top each with a fried egg and for added spice, sprinkle extra chilli flakes over to serve.

                  There are many zero or 1 carb keto breads you can buy either online or in the store. I have tried MANY of these breads for taste, texture, and carb count. I have found that Lewis Keto Bread is the best. It comes in White, Honey Wheat, Hawiian, or Seeded. All but the honey wheat has Zero carb per slice and it tastes and feels like regular bread, Its absolutely amazing. The honey wheat oly has 1 carb per slice so no matter what you pick, you are golden. I eat 2 slices of toast every morning and couldn't live without it and now I don't havve to since finding these breads.

                  You can eat bread only if it is Ezekiel Bread from the freezer section. It’s incredibly healthy stuff., so if you must have bread, make it Ezekiel. .

                  I believe 1 mushroom is a serving. The recipe calls for 2 mushrooms and makes 2 servings.
