Radish, Raw
1-½ ounce
Cilantro
2 tablespoon
Olive Oil
1-½ tablespoon
Red Onion
1 tablespoon
Tomato
1 medium - 2 3/5" diameter
Lime Juice, Fresh
½ tablespoon
Hot Chili Peppers, Red, Raw
¼ each - approx 4" - 6" long
Salt, Sea Salt

Step 1
Finely dice the radishes, onion, chili and cucumber. Scoop the pulp from the tomato and finely dice the flesh. Add all to a mixing bowl and stir well to combine.Step 2
Roughly chop the cilantro and add to the bowl. Season with salt and pepper and drizzle over the lime juice and olive oil. Stir well to combine and serve.
