Keto Bacon Denver Omelet

I love this dish because it is so simple to put together and it heats up great as leftovers to eat during weekday mornings. To prep it, all you need to do is scramble the eggs, add cream and add the veggies. Add any low carb veggies you’d like just be sure to count the carbs!

It’s in cooking now, how big is a serving? Like 3x3 inches?

What did I do wrong? The egg settled to the bottom and separated from the other ingredients.

That's not necessarily an issue but if you prefer veggies more evenly distributed you could lightly saute the veggies first, place them in the pan and then add the beaten egg on top and then bake it.
