Ingredients
- Red Cabbage - 1 cup, chopped 
- Mayonnaise - 1 tablespoon 
- Heavy Cream - 1 tablespoon 
- Apple Cider Vinegar - 1 teaspoon 
- Fennel Bulb, Raw - ½ cup, sliced 
- Walnuts - ¼ cup, chopped 
- Salt, Sea Salt - ¼ teaspoon 
- Black Pepper - ⅛ teaspoon 
- Reduced Sugar Craisin Dried Cranberries by Ocean Spray - ½ tablespoon

- Step 1 Finely slice the cabbage and fennel and add to a mixing bowl. Finely chop the cranberries and walnuts and add to the chopped vegetables, tossing to combine.
- Step 2 Add the cream and mayo to another bowl along with the vinegar, salt and pepper. Stir well to combine.
- Step 3 Stir the dressing into the vegetable mixture, coating everything well in creamy mayo. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
