Ingredients
Coconut Oil
1 tablespoon
Unsweetened Baking Chocolate Bar by Baker's
4 pieces
Almond Flour
2 tablespoon
The Ultimate Icing Sugar Replacement by Swerve
4 tablespoon
100% Cocoa Special Dark by Hershey's
1 teaspoon
Baking Powder
½ teaspoon
Raw Egg
1 large
Vanilla Extract
¼ teaspoon
Recipe Steps

Step 1
Combine coconut oil and bittersweet chocolate together. Microwave for 30 seconds. Stir, then give it an additional 20-30 seconds as needed until all melted.Step 2
Add almond flour, Swerve, cocoa powder, a pinch of salt and baking powder. Stir.Step 3
Add egg and vanilla. Stir. Microwave for 50-60 seconds. Using lesser time for a more moist cake. Let stand for 1 minute before eating. Dust with Swerve.

You subtract the carbs from Swerve you don’t digest it. A little higher with the chocolate though.
