Keto Spicy Baked Parmesan Chicken Wings
Not only does parmesan cheese make a great coating for a crispy texture, but a brushing of a special mayo/mustard mix gives your “breading” a flaky texture as well! Flour and breadcrumbs, be gone! These chicken wings come out of the oven perfectly brown, crunchy, juicy, and flavorful! Enjoy as a snack or pair with your favorite keto sides for a full meal.

58 min
Step 1
Preheat an oven to 400 degrees. Prepare approximately 8 whole chicken wings by removing the skinny ligament of each one, leaving the “wing” and “ding” still attached to each other. Sprinkle a pinch of salt, pepper, and garlic over each wing.Step 2
In a small bowl, stir together the mayo and mustard. Use a marinade brush to brush all sides of each chicken wing in the sauce.Step 3
Lay and press each chicken wing into your shredded parmesan, coating all sides. Set the coated chicken wings on a sheet tray that has been lined with either aluminum foil or parchment paper and sprayed with pan spray, if necessary. Bake them for 45 minutes, flipping them after the 25 minute mark.Step 4
Enjoy with a vinegar-based hot sauce or your favorite keto dipping sauce!

to correct my previous post, the macros are incorrect as many of you noted, I just saved a copy of the recipe and modified the chicken wing ingredient and I'm getting closer to 390 calories for two full wings, still love the recipe and the wings are so good

The wing is the full wing, flat and drum. I reran the macros and it appears to be accurate as far as I can tell. I made this with 4 pounds of chicken wings which was 10 whole wings, kept all other ingredient quantities the same as the recipe. This was delicious. I'll definitely make again and would rather have two of these wings than one whopper any day!

The calories CAN NOT BE CORRECT.

Might as well eat a whopper if the macros are correct.

Is there really 734 calories in two wings?

Could the macros be corrected / thanks

You have to fix the protein content. You have it on for just two wings at 64g of protein. Completely inaccurate for those who are looking at macros.

Should be 6.4

Question why is the protein so high and what the heck is the skinny ligament??
Gina 3 years ago
The so call ligament is the crunchy part I like the most on the wing and the flat Drummette is for my dog
Lady T 5 years ago
Lol! It’s the skinny part of the wing that most people consider to be the actual wing. For example, when you eat wing dings, you have a flat piece and a drummette. The ligament is usually taken off.
