    Preheat your oven to 350 F/ 180 C. Line a baking sheet with baking paper and set it aside. To a bowl, add the melted butter, white and brown sweeteners, egg, and vanilla extract.

      Did some search sleuthing and I’m going to go with Yes. Unflavored gelatin powders should work. Best to use grass fed but I don’t have that on hand.

      I did a search and found a paleo hacks blog that lists a bunch of nut flour substitutes for people with allergies. They are probably high in carbs though. Here’s what was mentioned: tiger nut flour, cassava root flour, green banana flour, breadfruit flour, plantain flour, pumpkin flour, and sweet potato flour.
