Step 1
Add the cream cheese, lakanto syrup and vanilla extract to a mixing bowl. Stir well to combine until smooth.Step 2
Add the peanut butter to the bowl and gently swirl through the cream cheese mixture.Step 3
Spread 2/3 of the peanut butter mixture across two of the pancakes.Step 4
Sandwich with the remaining pancakes and top the centres with the remaining peanut butter mix.Step 5
Top with fresh raspberries to serve.

This recipe is useless without the recipe for the pancakes as well - which isn't available on this app.
