Low Carb Easy Cheesy Pork And Cabbage
This quick and easy Keto pork recipe is loaded with rich and buttery flavors and low carb veggies. Our simple Keto dinner recipe is prepared with a hearty helping of butter, tender white cabbage, aromatic onion and garlic, ground pork, and tangy cheddar cheese. This makes a simple lunch or dinner option, perfect for weekdays when you may be short on time.
Can I Use a Different Meat?
We have used ground pork for our quick and easy Keto dinner recipe. Ground pork is a great budget-friendly Keto option, loaded with fats and flavor. If you would like to use a different meat you could swap for ground turkey or ground chicken thigh. Using ground thigh will provide more fats and flavor to your dish and prevent the meat from drying out. Please be sure to adjust your cooking times as needed for different meats.
Can I Use a Different Cheese?
We have used grated cheddar cheese for our simple Keto pork recipe. If preferred, you may swap this for an alternative shredded cheese. Monterey Jack would make a good replacement, or for extra oozy-ness, you could use grated mozzarella or a combination of cheeses. Please be sure to adjust your macros to account for any changes made to the recipe.

Is white cabbage the same as green cabbage?

Our green cabbage gets white in the middle. Sounds ok
