I love this idea for snax because no sweet tooth so I could freeze some so they’re handy….that’s the key to stop bad stuff going down the hatch in a hurry when hunger strikes

Great idea! I don’t do many veggies, so I just roll a slice of cheese inside the lunch meat. Sometimes lunch is a whole tub of lunchmeat and a pkg of cheese slices.

Are the ingredient amounts listed for two wraps or for four?

It looks like four, since it’s 4 slices ham. One serv is 2 ham roll ups and counts are per serving

Pretend you're making sandwiches minus the bread and these roll ups should offer you a low carb solution to lunch

What kind of ham is best for this? Regular lunch meat ham isn’t keto friendly, right? Thanks!

Look for organic uncure, no nitrates. Look the ingredients. With this said is healthier than going to a fast food.

Most deli meats should be keto friendly but best to check the ingredients first.

If you do, don't add the lettuce! It wilts badly after freezing.
