Cabbage
2 cup
Garlic
1 clove
Unsalted Butter
1 tablespoon
Vegetable Broth, Bouillon Or Consomme
¼ cup
White Onion
¼ medium - 2 1/2" diameter
Heavy Cream

Step 1
Melt the butter in a large skillet over a medium heat. Thinly slice the cabbage and onion and crush the garlic. Add to the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes until the cabbage is tender.Step 2
Add the cream and stock and stir well. Bring to a simmer and cook for a further 3-4 minutes until the cream has thickened and reduced, and the cabbage is soft. Serve hot.

Recipe is delicious. Only problem is the weight. 2 cups of cabbage is no where near 300g. Check the recipe please creator.

I just measured 2 cups and my serving size was like a small scoop. Next time I will measure 300g....
