This is the perfect dinner to rustle up midweek when you are short of time.

Quick frying chicken portions and easy cook veg is key in this simple yet tasty stir fry.

The meal serves 2 as a generous dinner helping or would comfortably serve 4 alongside a portion of cauliflower rice.

Serving size is less than 1 oz? Does that make sense? 🤔

No! Because Ingredients before cooking for 1 serving is over 16 oz. !

This is the 1st keto recipe I’ve made and my whole family loved it! Next time, I’ll cut the chicken into chunks instead of the strips. I’ll make additional sauce, too. Very tasty 👍

Are the chicken measurements here raw? Or cooked?

Are you using the entire 1-1/4 C of cilantro to garnish? I don't see that you use it cooking and that seems like a large amount of garnish. Thanks.
