Keto Vanilla Coconut Coffee Smoothie

The name says it all! This smoothie beautifully combines the flavors of vanilla, coconut, and coffee into one delicious smoothie. Blend up this frothy, icy coffee beverage in less than a minute using a handful of ingredients. For a fast morning process, freeze the brewed coffee into ice cubes the night before.

When can you drink this Keto beverage?

This Keto coffee smoothie recipe is the perfect breakfast option for warm days to wake you up and keep you hydrated for a long time. It is also a great pre-workout meal, providing you with sustainable energy and caffeine to kill that workout. You can also add some protein powder and a pinch of salt to assist in muscle recovery.

Can you use a different sweetener?

We have added a little bit of Swerve to this Keto smoothie, however, you can add any other sweetener you desire. Another option would be sugar-free maple-flavored syrup for a caramel kick. You can adjust the level of sweetener to taste or omit it entirely if preferred. If desired, add a little cinnamon or vanilla extract, adjusting quantities to taste as needed.

Can you use instant coffee in this Keto coffee recipe?

While this recipe calls for freshly brewed coffee, you can definitely substitute it for espresso or instant coffee dissolved in hot water.
