Will be a go to side. Added 1/2 tbsp of butter to pan when baking.

Would these keep well in the fridge? As in would it work to make a bunch at night and then put in the fridge so they could be taken to work for lunch the next day?

I personally like them better fresh, but they're good as leftovers, too.

Excellent but not sure if recipe accurate cutting zucchini in 1/2 inch thick pieces to get 35 out of the same weight zucchini they said ??? I didn’t get 35
shack70 2 years ago
I think they mean 30-35 per sheet, not per zucchini.
NewMe@2021 3 years ago
It will depend on the length of the zucchini..

This turned out to be surprisingly delicious, and so simple to make. Nobody in our family likes zucchini but I decided to try this recipe anyway. I had to disappoint them by telling them they could not have more than 5 pucks per person!

Is this 1/2 C of fresh Parmesan cheese or the stuff in the shaker can?
recipewriter 4 years ago
Fresh parmesan grated from a block was used in this recipe, but either option is suitable!
