We love how quick and easy this mug cake comes together, and the cinnamon flavor really hits the spot and pairs perfectly with the almond-scented cake.

I’d say this is the first mug cake that I really enjoyed, and I’ve tried a few. I used 20 grams allulose instead of icing sweetener, I’ve added some vanilla essence and instead of melting the butter in the microwave I melted it in a pan until slightly brown (as seen in another recipe). It turned out like a real muffin 😃. Few weeks later update: I now make a double portion keep it around 2 minutes and 30 seconds in the microwave and I split it into 4 servings. It’s still amazing, can’t thank enough the recipe creator ⭐️

I love this cake. It’s my new favorite breakfast and keeps me full with no cravings for hours. I don’t typically keep almond extract in the house so I used vanilla extract, and I added a pinch of xantham gum and the texture is spot on. I added cinnamon to the batter (measured with my heart) and topped with cream cheese and more cinnamon and it’s heavenly.

Not too bad at all. Even the men in my family approved. Having read the reviews I reduced the swerve and used vanilla extract instead.

Cette recette est délicieuse. J'ai mis seulement 1 tbs de Stevia Munk Fruit, remplacé l'essence d`amande par de l`essence de vanille et ajouté un peu de muscade. Je trouve que c`est un bon remplacement des crêpes.

Really lovely but doesn’t need any where near that amount of sweetner. 60g 😳 I used 20 along with the almond extract and it was definitely sweet enough. I’d make it again and serve it with cream for a treat.

I had run out of butter so used 1 tablespoon of greek yogurt instead and also used vanilla extract as I had no almond extract. Also used Erythritol as a sweeter. Turned out great! I also sprinkled some erythritol with the cinnamon on top. Had it with a passionfruit hibiscus tea and that was my dinner for this rainy cold day today.

This is a great option for when you feel like a sweet tooth indulgence! I halved the sweetener and it turned out great. Might try vanilla extract next time but I am definitely doing this recipe again!

I really love this. I don't like almond extract so I used vanilla instead. At 1 min cook time it was very moist, I thought it was perfect but it might be too wet for some people.if you don't like it wet then increase the cook time.

I used banana extract. 1/2 a teaspoon of swerve. Add a sprinkle of nuts and it’s a quick banana nut bread <3

I made this last week I think. I loved it. But I used vanilla extract and brown sugar (Swerve) and it was great! Next time I will maybe whip a little cream for the top. I made this again tonight. I think I must have halved the swerve the first time Bc this time I used the 1/4 cup. It took about 2 minutes to cook. It was really a batter this time quite wet. I thought I would have to toss it but it did cook in the end. I love the brown sugar swerve! I love this cake but tonight’s is pretty darn sweet. I may not finish it and save some for tomorrow.

This lil mug cake saved me today. Everyone around me eating my favorite sweets and I almost broke. I was skeptical at first, but I was more than pleasantly surprised. A perfect portion with just enough sweetness to satisfy my cravings. Thanks for this!! My future bathing suit body is forever grateful.

Inedible. I threw it away after one bite. Almond extract was overwhelming and swerve amount was excessive. After I threw it away, I made a different version with only 1.5 tsp swerve and a dash of vanilla extract instead of almond extract. It was SO much better. A little eggy, but satisfied my sweet tooth. I also topped it with a few raspberries and a little dusting of powdered swerve sugar.

I agree, the almond and swerve was overpowering. I couldn’t finish it.

This was really good. My husband and granddaughter liked it as well. When I make it again just for myself, I plan on cutting back on the sweetener just a tad. It was a little sweeter than I wanted.

It doesn’t look anything like to picture, it was clearly not cooked at 60 seconds and it took another 60 seconds for my satisfaction. I’ve been cooking and baking for 46 years and I just think this recipe needs a little tweaking, it’s a bit too sweet for me. Thanks for the recipes.
