Keto Homemade Peanut Butter

Homemade peanut butter is actually very, very, VERY, easy to make at home. All you need is a food processor and 2 ingredients! Use your keto peanut butter as a spread or as an ingredient in your desserts and sauces. The original recipe here makes about 1 ½ cups of peanut butter.

Almond butter is also yummy!! Pretty much any nut butter is yummy. I've made many different nut butters in my Pampered Chef Cooking Blender and they've all been amazing!! 😁

I have always just used dry roasted peanuts and no oil. Does that make much of a difference?

It is simply a consistency thing, plus the oil adds fat for the keto diet.

You are looking at the recipe yield section, " - 12 + 2 TB " You can click the - and + buttons to change the amount of servings you want to make. For the original recipe here, it makes 12 servings at 2 TB per serving (24 TB total).
