    Slice the avocado in half, lengthways and remove the stone.

    Add the cream cheese, lemon zest and chives to a mixing bowl. Season with salt and pepper and stir well to combine.

    Divide the cream cheese mixture evenly between the two avocado halves.

    Quick. Simple. Tasty. For an average sized haas avocado I needed 70g of cream cheese to fill stone hole and cover the rest. Will have again and play with different ingredients.

      I just made this for lunch but doubled up the cream cheese as it was nothing like the amount shown in the pictures, and I was only using a small/medium Avocado! having said that it was very nice.

        I decided to eat the 2 servings because I needed a meal like this that had that amount of FAT and PROTEIN. Got full and satisfied. I ate this as a lunch meal by the way! 👍
