Very good. A bit confused as to what to do with the lemon juice. I added it to the marinade but thought after it should be used after it was cooked. Either way it was great.

This was great and super easy! I sautéed the shrimp on the stove rather than baking them. Delicious!

Fixed just the shrimp as I served it with the slow cooker broccoli and cauliflower casserole from this site. Shrimp flavor was wonderful. Will certainly fix again

i assume the lemon juice is for drizzling after baking since it’s not mentioned in the instructions?

So where does the lemon fit it?

I incorporated it into the marinade. There’s nothing for it to curdle?!

Use the lemon at the end. It curdled if you put in the original mix

Probably for dripping over and serving time.

For this, is it the serving size according to shrimp package?

Well, the recipe calls for a half pond of shrimp; and then the recipe makes 2 servings…so I would guess just go by the recipe

Used lime juice instead of lemon, and fajita spices instead of paprika .... Served on an avocado, cucumber, chopped red pepper salad. Lovely fresh tastes!

Agree. When do we apply the lemon juice. Marinade or after thought ingredient? Although, it is called Lemon Butter blah blah bla so I’m guessing marinade.
