Love this recipe. Cooked mine in the air fryer and the bacon was crispy and chicken was juicy. Really not sure where all the carbs came from though.

Delicious! The only change I made is that I seasoned the thighs before wrapping it with bacon. 🫶🏽

Sounds yummy! (For me I use turkey bacon, because of pork allergy.) I used to make a similar recipe. My favorite Italian, or Cesar, or homemade dressing. Always used to use a fork to poke holes deep into the chicken (or what ever meats). This allows the marinades to get deeper into the meats. Also, can use a sharp knife to make deep cuts, then pack w/ herbs, fruits, veggies, meat, &/or cheese.

Marinated the chicken in the sauce for four + hours, wrapped in maple bacon, baked on a raised rack placed excess marinade over the chicken… 40 minutes at 400 degrees.. moist and flavorful… with delicious bacon. Enjoy!

Loved it but next time I might soak it for the day before cooking... bacon only took in the maple flavor.

It looks good, but it needs more sauce. It’s dry and not very tasty

This is almost identical to Man Pleasing Chicken recipe by taste of home.....so listen up! Add 1/2 T vinegar to the mustard and sugar free syrup. Mix, pour over bacon wrapped breasts, Bake this at 450 degrees for 40 min. Bacon needs more time and higher temp to get crispy. Half way thru, baste with sauce. It is to die for!!! You won’t be sorry if you adjust the time and temp.

made this tonight, it was good... broiled for the last 5 minutes as the bacon wasnt crisping up... i wish the marinade/sauce was a bit stronger in flavor but it was still really good!!👌🏼

The bacon did not get crispy enough and when the sauce cooked the bacon juice overpowered it. Edible but would not make again.

This reminds me of Taste of Home ‘Man Pleasing Chicken‘, which was a staple on the menu prior to Keto. Only difference is the Sugar Free syrup. Must say, it is just as good!

I imagine bacon would help chicken breasts be far less dry.

I did with chicken tenderloin white meat. 12 small. Cooked half time on bake. Then put on broil on each side to finish to crispy up bacon and brown chicken more.

This would have been better if the thighs were browned first.
