Keto Chicken BLT Wrap
This take on a BLT utilises the lettuce to create a wrap around this classic filling.
Cooked chicken is combined with bacon, tomato and mayonnaise to create these filling lunchtime wraps!

Ingredients
Romaine Lettuce
4 outerleaf
Bacon
4 slice - 6" long
Cherry Tomato
3 cherry
Rotisserie Chicken
1 cup
Mayonnaise
1 tablespoon
Salt, Sea Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper
⅛ teaspoon

Step 1
Heat a non stick frying pan over a medium heat. Roughly dice the bacon and add to the pan, frying until crisp and cooked through. Set aside to cool.Step 2
Whilst the bacon cools, tear the chicken into small bite sized chunks and add to a mixing bowl along with the mayo. Roughly dice the tomatoes and add to the bowl along with the bacon. Season with salt and pepper.Step 3
Add the mayonnaise and stir well to combine.Step 4
Arrange the lettuce leaves in pairs so that they are overlapping each other. Divide the BLT filling evenly between the two lettuce wraps.Step 5
Fold the lettuce around the filling, securing with a toothpick if required. Serve immediately.

I didn't add too much salt as I thought it would be too salty because of the bacon, but it was not the case. It was good but would be better with the required amount of salt. Pretty and easy to make. Will try it again!

I got a question. Is it ok to have lots of protein I feel is alot I used the portions indicated but I feel is too much meat. Can you help?

We are meant to eat meat. Unless you have kidney problems, you can eat as much as you want. As you get older, people don’t absorb the nutrients in meat very well. One actually should almost double the meat. This is per the Mayo Clinic.

The serving size says 1 wrap but then the ingredients state 2 putter leafs. I'm confused so is each serving 1 leaf wrap or 2?

Hi, in step 4 you overlap two leaves and use them to create 1 wrap. Hope this helps
