We like to brew coffee stronger than normal for these, using a ratio of 10 T ground coffee to 4 cups of water in a traditional coffee maker.

How to prepare homemade Keto frappe?

To make this delicious Keto coffee recipe, you will need good quality brewed coffee. Please don’t skimp on the quality of coffee, as it will make a huge difference in flavor. Also, make sure you chill the prepared coffee before blending it with the other ingredients. To get a creamy and rich drink, we are using heavy cream as the base. Blend it with ice, water, coffee, caramel syrup, and sweetener. That’s how easy it is to prepare a perfect frappe in under 10 minutes.

Can you use this Keto recipe to prepare different frappe flavors?

Of course, you can! Prepare this recipe as a base, but omit the caramel syrup. To make a Keto mocha frappe, add 2 tsp of cocoa powder to the blender with the other ingredients. For a Keto pumpkin spice frappe, add 2 tbsp of unsweetened pumpkin puree and ½ tsp pumpkin spice, and for a Keto vanilla frappe, add 1 tsp of vanilla extract.

How can you adapt this recipe to a vegan diet?

The only non-vegan component in this Keto frappe is the heavy cream. For the whipping heavy cream, you can use store-bought coconut whipped cream. As for the frappe itself, you can swap the heavy cream for coconut milk.

    Place ½ cup of heavy cream and 1 T icing sugar in a stand mixer and mix until stiff peaks form adding a pinch of salt. In the meantime, blend ice, water, the rest of the cream, coffee, 3 T caramel syrup, and 6 T icing sugar in a blender. Blend until smooth and creamy.
