Keto Coconut Milk Macchiato
When I count macros for muscle building, I need to add plenty of healthy fats to my diet. That is why I love this recipe for Keto Coconut Milk Coffee. It is coffee and a large dose of creamy coconut milk. The coconut flavor is so lovely with a robust espresso-like coffee. Better yet, it is Keto, Low Carb, and Paleo!
What kind of coffee do I use?
Please use a dark roast coffee like a French roast finely ground, especially if using a traditional coffee maker. If using a conventional coffee maker, please add extra grounds to make it a more robust coffee cup as the coconut milk will cut the flavor. If you are lucky and have a French press, or better yet, an espresso maker, use that according to directions.
What kind of coconut milk do I use?
Please use only the canned coconut milk as it has a higher fat percentage than the coconut milk in a carton typically found in the refrigerated section.

Add the coconut milk to a coffee mug and microwave it on high for 30 seconds so the milk is nice and hot.Step 2
Make the coffee according to the equipment you want to use. See the notes above for suggestions. Pour the coffee right in the middle of the coconut milk and enjoy it immediately! If you want more of a latte, feel free to froth the coconut milk first, then add the coffee.
