Ground Chicken Meat
1 pound
Salt
¼ teaspoon
Black Pepper, Ground
¼ teaspoon
Chives
½ teaspoon, cut pieces
Garlic Powder
⅛ teaspoon
Parsley
½ teaspoon, chopped
Celery Seed
½ teaspoon
Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon
Mayo
1 tablespoon
Pecans, Raw
¼ cup, chopped
Avocado Oil
1 tablespoon
Recipe Steps

Step 1
In a bowl, mix together all ingredients except for the avocado oil. Portion the mixture into 4 balls.Step 2
Heat the avocado oil in a pan over medium-high heat (or half the oil if you’re cooking only 2 patties at a time). Place the chicken salad portions down in the pan and use a spatula to flatten the portions into patties.Step 3
Cook the patties for approx. 4-5 minutes per side. Repeat steps 2-3 if necessary to complete cooking all chicken patties.
